Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Gardenia Aesthetics & Wellness (merged with Beverly Hills Cosmetic Services). Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

Cancellation Policy for our Valued Guests

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

No-Shows or notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee amounting to $50 of the cost of the scheduled service.

Informed Consent

Gardenia Aesthetics & Wellness is committed to ensuring that all patients provide informed consent prior to receiving any treatments. Prior to any procedure, patients will be given detailed information about the treatment, including the risks, benefits, and alternatives. Patients are required to sign an informed consent form acknowledging their understanding and agreement to proceed."

Rights Reserved

Arriving Late:
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time and you will be responsible for the full treatment cost. While we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and not keep other clients waiting. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and the $50 cancellation fee.
 

Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.

Refund Policy

​

Due to the nature of our services, Gardenia Aesthetics & Wellness does not offer refunds for services rendered. In the event of dissatisfaction with a service, clients are encouraged to communicate with our team within 7 days of the service. Our priority is client satisfaction, and we may offer corrective treatments where appropriate. Refunds for products will only be issued if the product is returned unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Revisional Treatment or Treatment of Complications

The practice of medicine and aesthetics is not an exact science, and medical spa treatments are the practice of medicine. Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible.
 

Tipping and Gratuity

Gardenia Aesthetics & Wellness is a non-tipping facility. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.
